"We throw all that out there," laughs Canadian actor Scott J. Campbell, making his national touring debut in American Idiot as the soldier Tunny. “Overall I think people know what they’re getting into when they come and see the show.”

Obviously not a recent article, but worth posting anyway. Click through to read the full interview with Scott from when the tour was in Chicago!

"The lines don’t always rhyme and the romances don’t all end with happily-ever-afters, but by the end, everyone has grappled with their demons. There’s rage and there’s love and it’s real."

"who did scott play in jersey boys?"

He was a swing, meaning that he sat offstage every night during the show unless one of the actors whose character he understudied called out. I know for a fact that he understudied Bob Gaudio, Nick Massi, and Tommy Devito. I’m pretty sure Bob Crewe, as well but I don’t know who else.
